Who stands behind Envergure
Envergure is a Swiss platform for property valuation and software for real estate professionals. It is designed and built in French-speaking Switzerland, with brokers who use it every day.

What Envergure does
For a homeowner, Envergure gives a value range in two minutes, free of charge, from the address and a few features of the property.
For professionals, it is a working tool. Agencies get a valuation widget in their own colours for their website, a CRM for properties, contacts and viewings, and mandate management with electronic signature. Developers, architects and other real estate trades rely on its market data commune by commune, on the cadastre and on the building permits published in Geneva.
Why we built it
Online valuations often give a figure without saying where it comes from. In Switzerland this is all the more misleading because sources differ from one canton to the next.
We chose to start from Swiss public registers, to place each property in its local market and to state plainly what our figures know and what they do not.
The sources we work from
The Federal Register of Buildings and Dwellings describes every building (year of construction, number of dwellings, floors). Cantonal cadastres give the plot and its footprint. In Geneva, the official gazette publishes the sales recorded in the land registry, which gives us the prices actually paid.
In the other French-speaking cantons no equivalent source is public. Price levels there come from our aggregated market observation, and every page says so.
Our commitments
A valuation is given as a range, never to the franc, and its width reflects the uncertainty. It prepares a conversation with a professional or a bank, it does not replace a visit by an expert.
The data entered during a valuation is never sold. How it is processed is described in our privacy policy, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
